Sports Medicine Fellows Research Day 2025

The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery recently hosted its annual Sports Medicine Fellows Research Day, a showcase of investigative excellence, collaboration, and clinical curiosity. This year’s event featured a full morning of presentations and PittOrtho alum Dr. Eric Kropf, Associate Professor, Wake Forest School of Medicine as our visiting professor.

The event opened with welcoming remarks from Dr. Volker Musahl and featured a great list of research spanning biomechanics, surgical outcomes, and injury risk profiling.
