The Stability 2 investigators kick off meeting was hosted in Pittsburgh on January 11, 2019.
Stability 2 is an international multi centre prospective clinical study lead by Drs Jay Irrgang and Volker Musahl from Pittsburgh, PA USA and Alan Getgood and Diana Bryant from London, Ontario, Canada. The study is to examine the outcomes of ACL reconstruction with and without lateral extra- articular tenodesis with Patellar vs Quadriceps tendon graft.
The $4.1 million (US) study is funded by the United States National Institutes of Health and Canadian Institute of Health.
