PittOrtho-UPMC continues its upward trajectory in the Blue Ridge Institute for Medical Research (BRIMR) rankings, advancing from 21st in 2023 to 14th in 2024, and now to 13th in 2025. The latest rankings are based on NIH year-end composite data for the federal fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, as released through the NIH Research Portfolio Online Reporting Tool.
