The division of pediatric orthopaedics hosted the POSNA-APPOS traveling fellows on April 23-25, 2016.
The traveling fellows are:
- Dr. Husuan Kai Kao, Taiwan ROC
- Dr. Matthew Boyle, New Zealand
- Dr. Evelyn Kuong, Hong Kong
During their visit, the fellows visited the Pitt campus and UPMC Sports Medicine Complex, participated in an academic session at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and observed surgery at Children’s Hospital.
Prior to their visit to Pittsburgh, the traveling fellows visited BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver and Mayo Clinic. At the conclusion of their visit in Pittsburgh, they traveled to the POSNA meeting in Indianapolis, Indiana, before returning home.
