It is with deepest sorrow that we share the news that Pitt Ortho Alum Chuck Stone passed away peacefully on Monday, July 15, 2019. (https://www.weddellajak.com/notices/Charles-StoneMD) Chuck completed his orthopedic surgery residency in 1967 and was an active member of our clinical teaching faculty.
Visitation will not be held. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 1 PM at Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church, 384 Fox Chapel Road. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions to the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
