The Monroeville office ranked first place in the Point of Service Site Recognition Program for the third quarter of 2020.
Office sites were evaluated throughout the entire UPMC system (approximately 500 offices) using the Patient Access key performance metrics of self-arrival, biometrics, copay collections, and front office Press Ganey results.
