Dr. Kurt Weiss has been selected as a 2020 Hillman Clinician-Scientist Fellow for Innovative Cancer Research in recognition of his clinical and research activity. The honor extends from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
The Hillman Fellows for Innovative Cancer Research Program is sponsored by a collaboration of the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center and the Henry L. Hillman Foundation. The Program wants to decrease the cancer burden throughout western Pennsylvania and beyond by supporting innovative research and education through faculty recruitment and retention, pilot projects, and trainee programs.
