George V. Russell, MD, MBA, was the Grand Rounds Visiting Professor on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Dr. Russell is the CEO of of University Physicians at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He also previously served as Chair for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, and in 2014 was the inaugural recipient of the James L. Hughes, MD Endowed Chair.
Dr. Russell's presentaton was "Obesity: Lessons in principles, Purpose, and Privilege."
