Dr. Stephen Chen, PGY3, has been awarded a Resident Research Grant award from the Orthopaedic Trauma Association. Dr. Chen’s project is “The Effect of Proximal Humerus Malunion on Glenohumeral Kinematics.” Drs. William Anderst and Gele Moloney will serve as co-investigators. The project will receive a $20,000 grant award, will begin on June 1, 2023, and is expected to be completed within one year.
In 2021, Dr. Chen received a resident research grant from the Cervical Spine Research Society. That project is completed and a manuscript is being prepared for publication.
