Dr. John Fowler was selected to receive the Philip Troen, MD, Excellence in Medical Student Research Mentoring Award.
Initiated by medical student recommendations, this award is presented to a Longitudinal Research Project (LRP) mentor of a graduating Pitt Med student in recognition for outstanding mentoring over the course of the LRP.
Due to the unfortunate cancellation of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine’s 2020 Scholar's Day, Dr. Fowler will be presented the award at a later date.
