Kelley A. Anderson, DO

Dr. Kelley Anderson is an Assistant Professor at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's Department of Orthopedics. She is also a medical advisor for the UPMC Sports Concussion Program. She serves as the Assistant Fellowship Director for the UPMC Family Medicine Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program and is a team physician for the Pittsburgh Ballet, Carnegie Mellon University and Point Park University Athletics.

Additionally, Dr. Anderson is in charge of the Elite Runner’s medical tent at the Dick’s Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon and is an active member of the Pittsburgh Marathon Executive Medical Advisory Board.  She also provides medical coverage for the annual EQT 10 miler.  Having participated in gymnastics, diving, dance, soccer. and track herself, Dr. Anderson has a special interest in these athletes. She enjoys helping athletes of all ages and levels achieve their goals.

Research Interests

Research and clinical interests include management of acute and overuse injuries related to sports and post-concussion management.
