Dr. Ken Urish will receive a 2016 OREF New Investigator Grant. Dr. Urish’s project “Biofilm dynamics in periprosthetic joint infection” will receive a one-year grant award of $50,000 to begin July 1, 2016.
A formal announcement of 2016 OREF Grant Recipients will be available at the OREF Exhibit at the AAOS Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida, March 2-4, 2016.
Dr. Urish is an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery.
