Mrs. Hilda Fu, wife of Dr. Freddie Fu, has been appointed by Mayor Bill Peduto to the Allegheny Regional Asset District (RAD) Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is made of four persons appointed by the County Chief Executive, two appointees by the Mayor, and one person elected by the six appointees.
RAD receives one-half the proceeds of the 1% Allegheny County sales and use tax and supports and finances regional assets in the areas of libraries, parks and recreation, cultural, sports and civic facilities and programs.
